Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, in the app or on the website. We’ll email you a code; enter it with a new password and you’re back in.
Open the invitation link from your email or text and create your login there. Links work once; if yours has expired, ask an administrator on your board to send a new one from Organization → Team.
Administrators go to Organization → Team → Leadership team and choose Add. PineBoard gives you a link to send them.
Both can plan events and manage volunteers. Administrators can also add and remove board members and change roles.
Yes. Open the event, then ⋯ → Plan again. Its tasks, volunteer spots, shopping list, budget, and vendors are copied to a new date.
Open the event’s Overview and scroll to Notes → Attachments. Photos, PDFs, and Office files up to 10 MB each are supported, and only your board can see them.
No. Share the event’s signup link (⋯ → Share signup link in the app, or Copy volunteer signup link on the website). Volunteers pick a spot and leave their name and email.
Use the personal link in your signup confirmation email. If you can’t find it, contact the PTO’s board.
On the event’s People tab, choose Announcements → Write. You’ll get a chance to review before it sends.
In the app, check Organization → My Settings → Notifications, and make sure notifications for PineBoard are on in your iPhone’s Settings. Emails come from PineBoard; check your spam folder too.
Go to Organization → My Settings → Calendar and choose Add to my calendar. It stays up to date on its own. If you shared the link by mistake, choose Reset my calendar link.
Organization → My Settings → your name → Delete my account. If you’re the PTO’s last board member, this deletes the PTO and everything in it, so you’ll be asked to confirm.
